Spezilla offers stainless steel coiled tubing in sizes from 1/4 to 1 in. and wall thickness from 0.035 to 0.049 in. Our coiled tubing is available in lengths up to 2300 feet, which is up to 30% long than traditional offerings. In addition, Spezilla offers less than reel quantities of coiled tubing. Stainless steel tube straighteners make coiled tubing installation faster and easier.

EN 10204 3.1 Certification
3.1 is a certificate on all our tubing issued by the mill which declares that the tubes are in compliance with the specification and includes the test results. Test results are validated by the mill’s in - house test department which has to be independent of the manufacturing department.
EC Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC ( PED )
Tubes certified to 3.1 or 3.2 are in conformity with the EC Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC for main pressure-bearing parts in categories II, III and IV.
Coiled Tubing undergo stringent inspection to maintain light tolerances as per ASTM accepted standards. MTC in accordance with EN10204 NACE 3.1 is furnished for all our customers against purchase order. The inner surface of tube is free from oil, gas and dust particles.
